Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your gazebo, marquee, or garden product, here's our return policy:
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, please refer to our returns process below.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them
- In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at donna@havenforgardens.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us at donna@havenforgardens.com to arrange the exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at donna@havenforgardens.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.
